Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a fun and safe holiday! To kick off 2018, I wanted to share this New Years Eve wedding from last Winter! This Oregon wedding was such a joy to photograph. The couple and bridal party were wonderful, and there were so many beautiful details! One of which being the bride’s stunning, two-piece gown, which she found secondhand, and had tailored into her dream dress. (How incredible, right?!) I adored the florals by Stemm Floral, and they just take my breath away every time I look at them. I loved the fun idea of having some bridesmaids wearing flower crowns in lieu of holding bouquets!
One of my favorite memories of shooting this wedding was during the groomsmen photos. Scroll down a bit, and you’ll probably know what I’m referring to! At one point, a groomsman noticed something that needed to be adjusted on the groom, (I don’t even remember the exact details,) but suddenly, without skipping a beat, every single groomsmen went into a playful and hilarious pose, helping the groom with “touchups.” I’m surprised this photo even turned out, I was laughing so hard!
The wedding venue was this huge, modern building, with tons of windows, and some really cool architectural details! It’s always so fun getting to work in a new venue that I haven’t been to before! I hope you enjoy scrolling through this Oregon Wedding Photography, and get inspired if you’re planning your own wedding!
